NeverMiss LLC (“NeverMiss”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) provides missed-call text-back, review automation, and lead follow-up services for home-service businesses. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your choices.

Contact information you provide: name, business name, trade, mobile phone number, and email address — for example when you join our waitlist or create an account.
Message content: the content of text messages sent through our service between you and your customers, which we process solely to deliver the service.
Usage information: basic technical data such as device type, app interactions, and message delivery statuses, used to operate and improve the service.

2. How we use information

To provide, maintain, and improve the NeverMiss service.
To send you service-related messages, including missed-call alerts, review summaries, weekly reports, and launch updates you requested.
To respond to your questions and provide customer support.
To comply with legal obligations.

3. SMS and mobile information — no sharing

We do not sell, rent, or share your mobile phone number or SMS opt-in data with third parties or affiliates for their marketing purposes. Mobile information is used only to deliver the messaging services you requested. We share message data only with the service providers strictly necessary to transmit messages (such as our SMS gateway provider), and those providers may use it only to perform services on our behalf.

4. Information sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We may disclose information:

To service providers who process data on our behalf (e.g., messaging, hosting, analytics) under contractual confidentiality obligations.
When required by law, court order, or to protect our rights and the safety of others.

7. Children

Our service is intended for businesses and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
